Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in the Montgomery County area is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home non-medical care with compassion. You will support personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

We offer competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour, paid orientation and ongoing training, flexible shifts, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, and opportunities for same-day pay and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including personal care, companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with all personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
