Job summary

Right at Home Hendersonville TN is urgently seeking caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients in their homes. We prioritize flexible scheduling, consistent support, and a positive work environment.

Shifts are full or part-time with weekends, mornings, afternoons, or overnight options. Pay starts at $15–$18 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits like health insurance and paid training.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Lift/transfer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.
