Job summary

BrightStar Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to support clients throughout The Woodlands, North Houston, and surrounding communities. This role focuses on helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, through personalized, one-on-one care.

You'll provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving or healthcare experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Texas driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one care based on each client's needs.
• Assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, transportation.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Schedule & availability:

Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available, with assignments typically ranging from 4 to 12 hours throughout The Woodlands, North Houston, and nearby communities.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2 years of caregiving or healthcare experience, a High School Diploma or GED, current CPR/BLS certification, a valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, a recent TB test or chest X-ray, and the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
