Merrill Gardens at Sheldon Park in Eugene, OR is hiring a Senior Living Caregiver to assist residents with daily living, medication management, and progress reporting. You will contribute to a compassionate, dignified living environment for seniors in our community.

We value training, reliability, and a caring attitude; CNA or equivalent certification is preferred, with first aid/CPR within 30 days. This is a full-time onsite role with growth opportunities.

Our Caregivers:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception)

If you are someone with:

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

The pay range for this position will vary based on qualifications, experience, education/additional licensure, and other objective factors. Hiring at the maximum is not typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth

Physical Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
