Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Bountiful is expanding into the Southern Utah market, seeking passionate caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical home care. We offer competitive pay ($15.00 to $19.00 hourly), direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, holiday pay time-and-a-half, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to provide companionship and assist with daily living activities.
• Reliable, punctual and able to communicate with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship, assistance with activities of daily living, and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and dependable, consistently covering accepted shifts.
