Job summary

Help at Home in Michigan is seeking a Caregiver Service Specialist who coordinates caregiver rosters, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with state requirements to deliver high-quality in-home care. Responsibilities

Caregiver roster management – maintain preferences and hours and keep systems updated.
Monitor performance of assigned caregivers to ensure quality service.
Ensure caregiver compliance with state requirements and trainings.
Proactively reach out to new caregivers to welcome and support them.
Communicate with caregivers through regular touchpoints and recognize engagement.
Review caregiver satisfaction surveys and take appropriate actions.
Handle caregiver questions and issues as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
