Job summary

Merakey is hiring an Individual Support Specialist in Pennsylvania, serving the Coraopolis, McKees Rocks, and Sewickley areas. You’ll provide direct care, assist with ADLs, personal care, mobility, and meals within our IDD Division.

No experience is required—we provide paid training to help you start a meaningful career in human services. This role offers opportunities to grow with a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to developmental and behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a Valid Driver's Licensed (Driver's license).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support and transportation
• Promote health, safety and well-being, including medication support as trained
• Complete required documentation, progress notes and service logs

Pay Rate:Base $16.25/hour. Earn up to $21.25 / hour with selection of Enhanced Pay option and qualifying house differential.
