Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home/senior care preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Must pass background checks and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, shopping, and social activities.
• Observe and report changes in client’s condition or behavior.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
