The role emphasizes compassionate care, patient communication, and adherence to safety protocols. Background checks and health requirements are part of the onboarding process, with paid training and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing standby assistance and safety supervision.
• Ability to encourage independence while providing appropriate support.
• Previous caregiving or direct support experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
