Job summary

Omatochi seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide direct in-home and community-based support, following client care plans and maintaining safety and respect. This non-exempt, hourly role offers field-based work in California with a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; overtime eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience and assignment)
Location: California | Field-based
Schedule: Variable; days, evenings, weekends as scheduled; overtime eligible

Position Summary

The Caregiver provides direct care services to clients in their homes or community settings. This role supports clients with daily living activities while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in accordance with care plans and organizational standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Client Care & Service Delivery

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.

Attendance & Reliability

• Arrive on time for all scheduled visits.
• Communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies.
• Complete assigned visits as scheduled.

Documentation & Reporting

• Accurately document services delivered using approved systems.

Workweek, Compensation, And Benefits

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
