Job summary

Cardinal Senior Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide non-medical home care to seniors in San Antonio and surrounding areas. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, delivering safe and respectful assistance to support independence and well-being.

Minimum of 1 year professional caregiving experience and CNA preferred, with a valid driver's license. Flexible shifts, strong communication, and a dependable attitude are essential to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability for assigned shifts.
• Two valid forms of identification required.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, one-on-one care to senior clients.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Helping with meal preparation as needed.
• Providing medication reminders as directed.
• Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when needed.
• Communicating important client updates to the Cardinal Senior Care team.
• Building a trusting and respectful relationship with clients and their families.

Your Responsibilities
