Family First Home Companions is hiring dependable caregivers across Nassau County, NY. We offer part-time and full-time roles with day, evening, and overnight shifts to fit your schedule.

If you have professional home-care experience, HHA/PCA/CNA certification is welcome but not required for many positions. Join a team that values compassion, reliability, and independence for clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience in the U.S.
• Home-care experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and responsible
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment
• HHA/PCA/CNA certification is a plus, but not required for applicable caregiver assignments

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Assist with personal care and mobility
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities
• Provide supervision and a safe, comfortable environment
• Help clients remain independent in their own homes
