Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in Westmont, IL to provide hands-on assistance with daily activities and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow individualized plans, promote safety, and support dining and living environments.

This role emphasizes strong communication with families and care leaders, including memory-care enrichment experiences. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion and reliability are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18 CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)

Pay Range:

15.50 - 19.40
