Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Illinois (St. Charles) seeks compassionate caregivers to support residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility.

You will follow individualized service plans and document changes, promoting safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents in conversations and activities. Responsibilities include assisting dining and maintaining a welcoming environment, plus effective communication with families and care leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
