Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Tinley Park, IL is seeking a compassionate part-time Caregiver to provide in-home care, supporting clients to live independently with dignity.

You will assist with personal care, meals, reminders, mobility, and light housekeeping, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Training is provided; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• Document client care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with the office regularly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
