Job summary

Home Helpers in Memphis is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our caring team. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and support families in their homes.

We value one-on-one care, flexible scheduling (full-time/part-time, days, evenings, weekends), and opportunities for training and career growth. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation help you serve clients safely.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of caregiving or home care experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Pass required screenings, including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and conversation.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide safe transportation to clients.
• Assist with personal care per care plans.
• Communicate openly with families and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing (varies by client)

• Offering companionship and conversation
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping

• Following care plans to meet each client’s unique needs
• Communicating openly with families and team members

What We’re Looking For

• A heart for serving others and respecting client dignity and privacy
• Prior caregiving or home care experience (2–5 years preferred)
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass required screenings (including drug screen)
• Access to a smartphone and email for scheduling and communication
