Rocky Mountain Assisted Living is seeking a caring individual for a full-time Caregiver PM shift in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour with benefits and daily pay options. You will assist seniors with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain a clean, safe home environment.

Qualifications include 1 year of caregiving, HS diploma or GED, and the willingness to obtain QMAP. The role requires in-person work, relocation as needed, and a compassionate, reliable

Qualifications

• Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the elderly.
• Must have or be willing to get QMAP.
• Ability to read and write and follow written and verbal directions.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience providing care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living according to the Care Plan and RMAL policies.
• Engage residents with person-centered care.
• Understand, adheres to, and promote RMAL Policies and Procedures.
• Adheres to Resident Rights.
• Performs housekeeping duties to keep the home clean and tidy.
• Participates in orientation, training, and in-service programs as scheduled.
• Documents in logs prior to leaving each shift in a professional manner.
• Adheres to safe food practices while preparing meals.
• Performs other tasks as instructed by House Manager and Wellness Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs housekeeping duties throughout the home. Ensures the home is clean and tidy at all times.

• Participates in all required orientation, training, competency, and in-service programs as scheduled and necessary per RMAL Policy.
  

• Documents in the 24-hour communication log, activity log, and MAR prior to leaving every shift in a professional and objective manner.

• Adheres to safe food practices while preparing scheduled meals.

• Performs other tasks instructed by House Manager and/or Wellness Director and in accordance with the Residents and RMAL Policies and Procedures.
