Eden Vista Ripon is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Ripon, WI. You will provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities to help residents maintain dignity and comfort.

As a Caregiver, you will follow the schedule set by the supervisor, remind residents about medications, and document daily care while supporting safety and well-being in a warm, respectful environment.

Position: Caregiver/ Personal Care Assistant

• Shift Differential $1.00 for NOC, $1.00 for PM Shift, and Weekend $1.00

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.

Job Description

• Provides assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follows the schedule of resident's needs set out by supervisor.
• Provides emotional and social support to residents.
• Documents daily log of assistance. Informs supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respects residents' confidentiality.
• Is familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
