Job summary

At Peace Health Care is seeking caring caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to seniors and disabled adults in their homes. You will build meaningful relationships while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, bathing, mobility help, and transportation for appointments. The position offers flexible schedules and weekly pay with direct deposit, and includes paid holidays and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience providing personal care.
• Proof of current TB testing is required.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, valid driver license and auto insurance required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable.
• Pass a criminal background check & fingerprint check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily living tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping to support safety and comfort.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and medications reminders.
