Job summary

At Peace Health Care Agency is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one non-medical support in clients' homes, helping seniors and disabled adults age in place with dignity.

As a Caregiver, you will perform companionship, meal preparation, light house cleaning, personal care, mobility assistance and transportation, while maintaining safety and clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal care experience required.
• TB testing proof required.
• Must be physically capable of duties listed.
• Must have reliable transportation and (if transporting) valid license & insurance.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable demeanor.
• Pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients in their homes.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Support with ambulation and medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
