Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a welcoming environment. You will follow ISPs, assist with daily living activities, promote safety and independence, and engage residents in conversations and activities.

You'll participate in dining support, maintain a clean setting, and communicate with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, you’ll create enriching experiences that brighten each day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
