Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Findlay, OH is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. You will help residents with daily activities, follow individualized service plans, and contribute to a safe, dignified, and welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes building relationships, engaging residents in conversations and activities, supporting dining, and coordinating with families and care leaders. CPR/First Aid is preferred, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required with age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it is required or encouraged.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
