Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home in Greenwood/Indianapolis area. You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals, and daily living activities, delivering compassionate care and ensuring safety and comfort for each client.

Earn $16.50 per hour with daily pay options. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered, with additional bonuses based on pre-hire tasks and 30 days of employment, and paid training plus career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required prior to first client contact.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
