Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, mobility, and safety in a respectful, dignified manner.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunity to earn daily pay, paid training, and a path for career growth. A HS diploma or GED is preferred, with prior caregiving experience welcome, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments
• Promote a safe, comfortable and respectful environment for each client

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
