Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Hearne, TX. Earn hourly pay up to $16 with daily pay options, and be part of an urgent-hiring effort to support clients at home.

As a Caregiver, you’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, housekeeping, and companionship, helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their own homes. Training is provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments.
• Maintain a safe and respectful client environment.

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasksProvide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client

What is Required?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal experience)

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
