Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home in Chickasha, OK. The role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and day-to-day assistance with activities of daily living.

You will provide personal care, mobility help, meal support, and companionship, while maintaining safety and respect in every home. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
