Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to提供 compassionate in-home support including bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal prep, and daily living tasks. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour, with daily pay options and a flexible schedule that can grow based on availability. Training, benefits, and a supportive team are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
