Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home in Michigan. You will help with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and daily activities, fostering safety and dignity.

Hourly pay ranges from $14.25 to $14.75 with daily pay options, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Benefits include health/dental/vision and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments.
