Job summary

Genesis Homecare Agency in Birmingham, AL is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Personal Care Aide to support clients with daily living activities in a non-medical, respectful setting.

You will follow each client’s care plan, assist with ADLs, provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and monitor changes in condition, documenting care provided while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related training is a plus.
• Must be able to follow detailed care plans and instructions.
