Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Pass background check per state requirements
• Pass drug screen per state requirements
• Must be at least 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
• Complete meal preparation assistance including meals, serving, and cleanup; assist with eating as needed
• Provide personal care assistance (baths, dressing, grooming, denture care, skin care)
• Perform housekeeping tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, dusting, fridge cleaning, dishes)
• Perform laundry tasks (washing, drying, folding, putting away)
• Assist with errands (grocery shopping, picking up supplies, post office)
• Be reliable, dependable and punctual
