Job summary

ACCESSIBLE HOMECARE SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support Clients in their homes. The role includes helping with daily living activities, monitoring health, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment in collaboration with RNs and healthcare professionals.

The position is part-time and in-person, with duties spanning companionship, mobility assistance, infection control, and coordination with families and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required or active
• Experience in critical care or long-term care settings preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, HIPAA regulations
• Caregiving techniques for individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer’s
• Experience across hospitals, clinics, home care, geriatrics or behavioral health environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Basic life support certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating)
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols
• Document Client care activities accurately
• Communicate with Clients, families, and healthcare team about needs and changes in condition
• Support Clients with medication reminders
• Participate in training for dementia, hospice, and critical care areas

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our home care team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to Clients in a home setting. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring Client health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all Clients. The Caregiver will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality Client care.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to Clients.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for Clients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document Client care activities accurately.
• Communicate effectively with Clients, families, and healthcare team members regarding Client needs and changes in condition.
• Support Clients with medication reminders.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills in areas such as dementia care, hospice care, and critical care experience.

Skills
