Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support a full range of patient services, bringing comfort and dignity to clients. All shifts are available, with competitive pay, benefits, and incentives, plus flexible scheduling, daily pay, and no overtime.

You will assist patients with daily hygiene, living activities, provide companionship, and help coordinate appointments with our nursing team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living tasks, including light housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and conversation to support patient well-being.
• Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team.
