Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Encourage independence, engage residents in meaningful conversations, and ensure safety and dignity.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
