Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a Care Giver to provide hands-on care and a safe, home-like environment for residents across our California communities.

Responsibilities include keeping resident rooms and work areas clean, helping with daily living activities, and supporting independence with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, and meals.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Minimum 1 (one) Year experience in Assisted Living
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
