Job summary

Comfort Keepers Asheville is seeking in-home caregivers to provide companionship, meal prep, errands, and light personal care for senior clients in the Greater Asheville area. Most positions offer lite duty tasks with 20+ hours per week and flexibility for part-time arrangements.

Candidates should be located in or around the Asheville/Hendersonville area; training is available for those without prior experience. No heavy lifting; dependable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in-home caregiving preferred.
• Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check.
• Flexible day and night shifts available; ability to pass background check and have dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement for senior clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Run errands and assist with daily activities as needed.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments when required.
• Assist with light personal care and showering 1–2 times per week.

Job Details

Looking for in-home caregivers (AM | PM shifts) to start immediately

Candidates in or around the Asheville | Hendersonville area are ideal. Most positions are lite duty which include meal prep, laundry, errands, companionship and lite personal care. 20 + hours per week in Asheville | Hendersonville.

We can take someone on a job part-time and if it's a good fit for the caregiver or the client can make adjustments and increase the time as we go.

Experience preferred, but not necessary, we are willing to train, no heavy lifting, dependable transportation and dependability is a must. Compensation is based upon experience.

We are a small in-home care company and are seeking in-home companions and CNA's to work with our Senior aged clients primarily in the Greater Asheville | Hendersonville areas.

We work in private residences, no facility work, providing companionship, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, light personal care assistance and errands. Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check to be hired. Flexible day and night shifts available for full and part time hours. All work is considered light duty no heavy lifting required in a private home setting.
