Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Sarcoxie, MO is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care, companionship, and support with daily living activities. You will assist with meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and mobility, while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide personal care and companionship in a home setting.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Respect for residents’ dignity and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and grooming.
• Offer friendly companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Provide ambulatory support and safe transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Assist with laundry.

• Must be at least 18 years old
