Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help create a safe, dignified environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork with care leaders and families, continuous growth, and a benefits package including medical plans, retirement savings, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
