Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Caregiver to provide at-home support across GOODYEAR, Buckeye, Tolleson and Avondale. This entry-level role offers paid training and the chance to help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

You will perform daily living activities, such as meal prep, hygiene support, light housekeeping and transportation. Training, orientation and ongoing development are provided, with opportunities for growth and enrollment in benefits programs.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
