Home Matters Caregiving is seeking passionate caregivers to provide exceptional care and companionship to seniors in their homes. This role involves following detailed care plans, assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, personal care, and offering reliable companionship and emotional support.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred to have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population.
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.

• Provide clients with household assistance, including food preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Provide clients with personal care assistance, including hygienic care, mobility assistance, and medication assistance.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide clients with household assistance, including food preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Provide clients with personal care assistance, including hygienic care, mobility assistance, and medication assistance
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Preferred to have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population

Work Environment:

• Client homes
• Skilled, Independent, and Assisted Living Communities

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
• Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers
• Able to talk, hear, and see
• Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle

Compensation:

• Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
• Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
