Visiting Angels in York County, PA is seeking compassionate caregivers for overnight shifts and flexible hours in a one-on-one home care setting. This part-time role offers the potential for additional hours based on demand and schedule, with a $500 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses available.

You will provide non-medical assistance, companionship, medication reminders, transportation, and personal care to seniors at home. CNA license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• CNA license preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Provide non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors at home.
• Issue medication reminders.
• Execute errands and provide transportation to appointments.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical assistance and needed companionship to seniors at home
• Issue medication reminders
• Conduct household errands and provide transportation to doctor's appointments
• Personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Provide mobility assistance, such as assisting with walking and transfers

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old to apply
• Available for overnight shifts
• 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
