Job summary

Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver in Apex, North Carolina to support individuals with developmental challenges at home and in the community. You’ll assist with personal care and everyday activities, helping participants live more independently while forming meaningful connections.

The role emphasizes patient, reliable care and collaboration with supervisors to prioritize participants’ wellbeing and safety, with a strong focus on growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
