Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care across the service area. You’ll work with one client at a time, offering compassionate, personalized support in the client’s home environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current HHA or CNA certification preferred, if applicable.
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to Work Independently and Professionally.
• Ability to Travel Throughout the Service Area.
• Ability to Pass Background Screening and Drug Testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care to clients on an individual basis.
• Support clients with daily living activities and health monitoring.
• Maintain professional boundaries and high-quality care in the home setting.
