ComForCare Home Care in Berkeley is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home, including many living with dementia. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, engaging home environment.

Qualifications

• Caring attitude with understanding of dementia care.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients.
• Experience as a CNA or caregiver.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Create a safe, engaging environment for seniors, including those with dementia.
• Provide companionship and manage household needs.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine caring attitude and understanding of dementia care
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Access to reliable transportation and ability to drive clients
• Previous experience caregiving or as a CNA
• Experience with transfers and careing for patients in wheelchairs
• Fluent English Speaking
