Right at Home is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one‑on‑one in‑home care to seniors while students gain hands‑on experience. Flexible scheduling around classes, clinicals, and other commitments makes this a practical way to build real‑world healthcare skills while earning an income.

Starting pay from $15-$18 per hour with a daily pay option and weekly pay. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and EAP resources.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Nursing and healthcare students are strongly encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Observing and communicating changes in a client's needs.
• Traveling to client homes throughout the service area.
