Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support our Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents. This non-certified role provides general routine services under supervision within a caring team environment.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, housekeeping, mealtime support, and responding to resident needs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and 0–1 year of relevant experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry including bed changes.
• Provide daily living support: hygiene, incontinence care, bathing, grooming.
• Assist with meal service and dining experience, including tray delivery.
• Answer call lights promptly and check residents regularly.
• Support clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (hydration, positioning).
• Follow state guidelines for personal care responsibilities.

Position Overview

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Answer residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
