Job summary

New Perspective Senior Living in Neenah, Wisconsin is hiring caregivers to deliver compassionate daily care and engagement for residents. You will participate in activities, assist with personal and medical routines, and support dining experiences in a warm, inclusive environment.

We offer training, potential tuition assistance, and pathways to Med Passer, Lead caregiver, or CNA/STNA certification as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• PCA experience preferred; Med Passer/Lead preferred; CNA/STNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily quality care, assist with personal and medical routines per care plans.
• Deliver engaging activities and enrichment programs for residents.
• Serve and feed meals, promote a positive dining experience.
• Observe residents; report changes to nursing staff.
• Document health information per procedures.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas.
• Foster teamwork, compassion, and a positive atmosphere.

Caregivers are the heart of our organization. Caregivers provide daily quality care, engaging activities, enrichment programs, as well as serve and feed meals to our residents assisting them to Live Life on Purpose. Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner
• Assist with daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plans
• Provide physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities
• Observe residents and report to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition
• Record proper medical and health documentation per established procedures
• Cook, serve, and feed meals to provide an engaging dining experience
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas
• Promote teamwork, laughter, and happiness every day

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary-- training will be provided
• High school diploma or work equivalency required
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
• Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred
• Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferred
