Job summary

White Oak Village Memory Care in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and monitor health changes while maintaining a safe environment.

Training is available for the right candidate, including memory care experience being a plus. We offer a NOC Shift 10PM-6AM on a Full/Part-time basis with benefits for full-time staff and flexible options for part-time and PRN

Qualifications

• Current CNA license (Washington State).
• Experience in caregiving preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Experience in memory care a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal support.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health or well-being.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE (all shifts)
