MedStaffers is urgently hiring Personal Care Aides to support clients in their homes in Hanover and surrounding York County, PA. Join a compassionate team providing daily living assistance and meaningful companionship.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and full-time or part-time hours with benefits. Training is available for the right candidate, and a background check and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of home care experience preferred, training provided for the right candidate.
• Reliable transportation to client homes in York County, PA.
• Willingness to complete background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care services such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and continence care.
• Support mobility and transfers, with guided exercises as needed.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Run errands and provide companionship to clients in their homes.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Helping with mobility: ambulation, transfers, and guided exercises
• Providing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dishes, laundry, dusting
• Running errands: grocery shopping or transportation to appointments
• Preparing and serving meals and snacks
• Medication reminders
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Qualifications

• 1 year of home care experience preferred (but we are happy to train the right person!)
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check
• Ability to complete (or provide) a two-step TB test
