Job summary

Right at Home Norfolk is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to assist clients in their homes. You will help with bathing, grooming, dressing, light housework, and transportation to keep clients independent at home.

We value reliability and a service mindset; background checks and drug tests are required. Ongoing, self-paced training and competitive pay are provided, with benefits such as tuition assistance, flexible scheduling, 24/7 support, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is helpful but not essential.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Self-paced training provided upon hire.
• Must be reliable and ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Provide light housework and meal preparation as needed.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and social activities.
• Provide companionship to help clients stay socially engaged.
• Support independence and safety at home.
