Job summary

Right at Home Middle Tennessee is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to join our supportive team. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth while delivering compassionate in-home care.

Shifts include full-time or part-time options, with mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overnight slots available. We provide paid training and a referral bonus program to help you advance.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle is required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Lift/transfer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, and companionship.
• Provide medication reminders and transportation as needed.
